The Davies Marine Population Genomics Lab

  • A core member of photographic assessment research on facultatively symbiotic coral species.

  • Paper in prep involving algal symbiont densities using MATLAB scripts

  • Collaborated with others in team-based environments to identify pigment density from gene expression data analysis.

  • Performed statistical, qualitative, and quantitative analysis.

  • Gathered, prepared, and evaluated or tested various biological samples.
